Riding A Dragon Practice 2

I decided my dragon looked odd without any legs or arms...so I attempted to draw him some. I'm sorry, dragon, that your T-Rex arms and legs are terrible. I tried. After this I have discovered that I am truly bad at drawing lizard/dragon legs/arms.

Also, my scanner doesn't like this image. It's all...broken up. I have no idea why. Oh, technology!
