Description
The lyrics are from "Phantom of the Opera", the song entitled "Down Once More". I think its a perfect match for the god of the underworld and his little songbird, the goddess of spring.
Its another Hades and Persephone fan art. I was unhappy with making Persephone blonde the first time but loved the dress, so I made her a brunette (much more appropriate for the earthy goddess of spring) and kept the dress!!! Yay!
(PS Please ignore the bad skin colouring on her...I had this much --> ( ) of that colour left sharpened and my sharpener only breaks pencils, doesn't sharpen. lol)
If you listen to the song you'll get the mood I was trying to get at. The whole, tortured soul (Hades) who was born never to be loved begging for someone to love him, the only person he ever desperately wanted to stay by his side.
